VACCINE DISTRIBUTION:

Preparing BCG, Pentavalent, Hepa B,Measles,MMR, and TT vaccines as per

Vaccine Requisition and Issue Slip for Talisay City Health in the styrobox. Placing

cool or conditioned ice packs at the bottom and sides of the styro box. Checking the status of

each VVM and ice packs for presence of water to avoid freezing for freeze sensitive vaccines such as Pentavalent, Hepa B, and TT vaccines. 

Removing Hepa B vaccines in the styrobox and checking its

vaccine vial monitor status

Reading of  PCV 13 vaccine vial monitor to ensure viability of these vaccines

Removing of measles vaccines inside the styrobox for storage
